Insurance

As of September 1, 2021, Dr. Barnthouse will no longer participate with any insurance plan.

Financial Arrangements

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

If you have any questions regarding your bill or the cost of our services, please speak with our office staff. They will be glad to answer your questions and to provide any assistance you may need.

Consultations

Consultation fee is $100, to be taken at the time your consultation is scheduled with Dr. Barnthouse
